As the founder of CloudCC, Martin holds a master’s degree and has worked in software and CRM companies for more than 15 years. He received the highest level of Salesforce certification in 2008. As early as 2006, he has been engaged in SaaS and cloud computing, providing consulting services on cloud computing and enterprise management for many companies and organizations.



Ann is our CRM Consultant with rich experience in education, activity, student management solutions. With a Master's degree in Computer Application, she worked as a Technical support Associate over last years, and she can provide solutions to our clients to meet their unique needs. She enjoys meeting passionate educators, administrators, and staff, they focus on improving child's educational experience and keep after schools or child care centers running confidently with the CloudCC system.



Jacklynn is our Product Specialist; she focuses on improving product design and user experience. With a Master's degree in Education and years of experience teaching at after-school programs, she likes to understand the needs of our customers, improving the functionality of CloudCC constantly. She also has a background in customer support and technical writing.



Ruben is our talented Junior Product Manager who brings valuable CRM and prior team management experience to the table. With a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Ruben can be found engaging with multiple stakeholders and CloudCC teams to ensure that the platform constantly exceeds expectations. His support and management across the company have been integral in CloudCC's commitment to create the best possible product for customers while operating at its highest level.
